This would be the world where people are always focused and committed to their task, a meeting is not cancelled at the very last moment, information flow is smooth and reliable, priorities are clear and well defined, competition is fair and organizations behave one hundred per cent rationally.

There's a clear need for Mazal out there, that's what we found out in our experience.
Thinking systematically of a sale process as a sequence of progressive steps from opportunity identification to contract signing, we discovered many major threats mainly linked to the lack of local presence and understanding of local mentality.
